The Connecting Healthcare in Communities (CHIC) Initiative represents a proactive approach to establishing partnerships to improve integration and service coordination to improve the health of all Queenslanders.
Brisbane North Partnership Council
The Brisbane North Partnership Council facilitates the CHIC initiative in the Brisbane North area. GPpartners provides secretariat support to the Council and is a partner organisation of the Council.

- Improving Falls Management and Care of Patients in Brisbane North – Auspiced by Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, Metro North Health Service District
