To apply for enrolment into the Certificate IV in Medical Practice Assisting you must complete the Student Application Form for GPpartner’s campus of Healthfirst Training. Students must nominate their intended method of payment.

The total cost of the Certificate IV in Medical Practice Assisting course is $5,000. Privately paying students may apply for a payment plan.

Productivity Places Funding

Please tick the appropriate box on Page 1 of the Student Application Form to lodge an application for Productivity Places Funding.

There are a limited number of Productivity Places Funding grants available. Applications will be jointly assessed by the Registered Training Organisation and the Health & Community Services Workforce Council. Selection will be based on those who would benefit most from the subsidised course.

Funding for employers

Australia Apprenticeship Incentives

Apprenticeship Funding of up to $4,000 is available to the employer under certain criteria. To apply for this incentive please contact an Australian Apprenticeship Centre (link back to information under funding). Please note, the apprenticeship is only for the duration of the course and allows the student to maintain their current hourly wage.
